The Lucky Last website has a QuickSSL® Premium Digital Security Certificate supplied by GeoTrust, a very well renowned website security group.
When you are requested to input any personal details such as contacts, credit card etc, the web page is encoded with 128 bit encryption. This process of encryption takes the information that you supply and converts it to tiny bits of undecipherable data that is then transmitted over the internet and decrypted at its destination. This encoded data is unable to be read as information as it travels over the internet.

How do I get my tickets?
Your Lucky Ticket/s will be held for you on the door of the venue.
Upon purchasing your Lucky Ticket/s you will receive an instant receipt of your transaction via email. To collect your Lucky Ticket/s from the venue ticket office you must show this receipt along with your photo ID (License, Passport or similar) & proof of age (required for 18+ events). The address, date, time and details of the event will be included on your receipt. If you have trouble locating the ticket office please ask a venue staff member or security guard.
Why are the tickets so cheap?
To most events there are always spare seats. Whether they are single seats scattered through out the venue or blocks of seats that are unsold. These are the Lucky Last tickets that we sell.
We have an exclusive deal with many major promoters that enable us to access quality performances for a fraction of the price. Lucky Last are only allocated a certain number of seats and events will sell out quickly.
Can I pick my seat?
You can pick the section in which you are to be seated but not your exact seat. All seat allocation is done by the promoter on the day that you purchase your Lucky Ticket/s so first in, best dressed.
How can you guarantee my ticket is reserved?
As long as you get your receipt of purchase via email you are guaranteed that your Lucky Ticket/s will be on the door waiting to be collected. If for whatever reason you do not receive confirmation of your purchase via email within 2 hours please contact us. Please also ensure that you check your junk mail and other filtering devices that you may have. You can also view / print out your receipt via the “Details” section when you log into the website.
What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
On the odd chance that there is a complete event cancellation, we will credit the card holders' accounts, of all fans who purchased tickets, for the face value of the tickets purchased. If a refund is made, Lucky Last may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged. For events that are rescheduled or the venue is changed after your order has been completed, your ticket(s) will be honored on the new date and/or at the new location. To cancel your order upon a date or venue change, contact us with your confirmation number.
What if I did not get a confirmation email receipt?
Your transaction may be incomplete. Please contact us with the email address and name used to make the purchase. If the transaction did go through but you still did not receive an email, you can still print your receipt by logging into the site using your email and password, going to the Details page, selecting your particular order and clicking 'click here to print your receipt'.
Can I get a refund for my order if I change my mind?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchages will be issued for purchases made via this website.
